On May 6, 2021, ISOMED Pharma held the webinar "Intolerances to fructose and sorbitol, looking to the future" given by Dr. Blas López Rueda, Vice-President of the Spanish Association of Food Intolerances and Microbiota, and a national reference in this field for years.
The webinar is aimed at all those interested in deepening their knowledge of intolerance to these two sugars, their causes and their nutritional approach. We also address several controversies related to fructose and sorbitol intolerances, such as whether they are primary or secondary disorders, or whether the diagnosis by breath test should be performed together or separately.
